Shipping policy

Once you have placed your order and receive a confirmation number you cannot edit or substitute your order. It is not guaranteed that you may cancel your order after it is placed. In order to ensure a timely delivery please check the following:

- Your name, shipping address, email, and phone number if provided are correct.

- That all items you are purchasing are correct in the right style, pattern, color, size, etc.

 

Once you place your order it is processed, packaged and shipped via the shipping method you selected at checkout. If free shipping is provided, Kelsie's Craft Co is subject to selecting shipping method. Once the items are shipped Kelsie's Craft Co is not responsible for the item(s).  Please contact the carrier if the package is lost or damaged. It is the customers responsibility to know their customs policy and are subject to customs fees.

 

We do not offer refunds for items that are sent to the incorrect address that was provided. If the item is damaged we will replace that item, if no replacement is available a refund will be provided.
